CHARITY CRICKET MATCH IN AID OF THE IJF

Choc took part in another charity event – a cricket match in aid of the Injured Jockeys Fund. The Richard Phillips XI vs. Adlestrop took place at the Adlestrop cricket ground, near Stow on the Wold on Saturday 23 August 2008.

The match report, which was published in the Racing Post, can be found on trainer, Richard Phillips’ website. Choc is pictured in the team line-up – he’s wearing a baseball cap as protection against the sun, as he had little hair following his charity haircut 8 days earlier.
